Shopping Information
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–15 business days for the United States and 8–25 business days for international orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotions.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal. Additional payment options such as buy now, pay later services may be added in the future.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store or have access to your full card details.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to: Incorrect billing details, Insufficient funds, Bank security restrictions. If this happens, please try another payment method or contact your bank.
Order Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
What items qualify for a refund or replacement?
You are eligible if: The item arrives damaged or defective, You receive the wrong item, Essential parts are missing. Proof (photos or video) is required.
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is necessary, our support team will provide instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What items are not eligible for refunds?
Refunds are not issued for: Incorrect address provided, Orders marked as delivered, Change of mind after delivery, Minor cosmetic differences.
