Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • The item was purchased directly from xalrio.com
  • The item is in its original condition and not deliberately damaged
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@xalrio.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  • For defective or damaged items, please include a clear photo of the issue
  • Pack the item securely and drop it at any postal location

Refund Process

Once we confirm your return request, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Xalrio kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us at support@xalrio.com immediately with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — with no return shipping required on your part.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no cost and arrange for the return of the wrong item free of charge.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different color or variant within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us at support@xalrio.com to arrange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges (unless the item is defective).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items that have been deliberately damaged or misused
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company — processing times vary. If the issue persists, email us at support@xalrio.com and we will resolve it immediately.
