Free Shipping on Every US Order
We offer free shipping on all Xalrio orders within the United States. No minimum order. No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where We Ship
At this time, Xalrio ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand to additional countries in the future.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays or major sales events.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order in real time using our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@xalrio.com.
Package Protection
Every Xalrio order is fully protected during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer, at no additional cost.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at support@xalrio.com. We will investigate immediately and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Xalrio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@xalrio.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
